DEFINITIONS
– “E-MAIL MARKETING” – Shots of Infoproducts, comprises any situation or agreement in which Memivi sends one or more text messages to an e-mail address in relation to the services.

FORUM
In case of refusal in the composition of the Arbitration for resolution of conflicts with the USER, the forus to resolve any legal disputes will be in the province of Ontario – CA.
